Ingredients: 4 tbsp agave syrup, 5 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 4 tbsp lemon peel, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, pinch of salt, 2 cups black quinoa, 3 cups diced watermelon, 1 diced kiwi fruit, 4 tbsp coconut, 1/2 cup pecans.

Preparation: Mix the agave syrup with 5 tablespoons of lemon juice, the lemon peel, 1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar, salt and cooked quinoa and leave aside for 10 minutes. Add the watermelon, pecans, kiwi and coconut. Serve chilled.
