Rhubarb and carrot juice
A healthy juice rich in vitamins for a successful start to the day, how does that sound? All you need is 8 long, peeled carrots, 1 cup of cut rhubarb stalks, fresh mint to garnish and a slice of lemon (optional for garnish or to squeeze). With a juicer you get a healthy vegetable juice in no time.
The chutney is a preparation of fruits and spices and is served as a delicious ingredient or as a sauce with meat.
