- 150 g raspberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 30 g shortbread biscuits
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 250 g cream cheese
- 25 g powdered sugar
- 120 g white chocolate chips
