Basic recipe for French toast: Making French toast is actually super easy. You need several slices of bread (preferably dry bread), milk, butter or oil and eggs. And you need these ingredients for the delicious recipe with berries, pistachios and grilled peach: 4 slices of French toast, two peaches, 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/4 cup blackberries, 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pistachios, 1-2 tablespoons finely chopped mint leaves, 1/2 teaspoon honey.
Preparation: First prepare the French toast according to the basic recipe, then fry the peaches in a grill pan or on the grill for 2 minutes until they also turn golden brown.
