Airfryer Recipes for Chicken

delicious chicken legs with a spicy marinade for the hot air fryer

  • 10 chicken legs
  • 60 ml of vinegar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tablespoons of salted chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3/8 teaspoon shredded paprika
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp roasted, unsalted peanuts, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped

If you are looking for Airfryer recipes to make chicken with, this might be just the thing for you and your family and friends. Put the legs in the cooking basket, which you grease a little beforehand. Then deep-fry the chicken legs for 15 minutes at 200 degrees until they are golden brown and crispy. Halfway through the process, you should turn it once if your air fryer does not have a paddle and does this for you.

In the meantime, mix all the other products together in a saucepan and bring them to a boil. When the marinade becomes slightly thick, you can remove it from the hotplate. 6 minutes should be enough for this. Put the finished legs in a bowl and season them with the finished marinade. You can use a kitchen brush for this purpose.

Prepare steak in an Airfryer hot air fryer

Recipe for fillet steak with mushroom sauce and potatoes

  • 280 g fillet steak
  • 1 large potato
  • 50 g mushrooms, washed and sliced
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp coconut ghee
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • pepper and salt
  • optional: mustard mayonnaise

This example is a delicious variant of Airfryer recipes for steak. Start by quartering the potato. Mix a little salt and pepper with the parsley on a plate and roll the steak in it so that it is covered on all sides with the spices. Then, using a kitchen brush, brush the steak with a tablespoon of coconut ghee. Then bake the potatoes in the Airfryer at 180 degrees and with a tablespoon of olive oil for 10 minutes.

Mix the remaining 2 tablespoons of coconut ghee with the coconut milk, garlic and the remaining spices in a small bowl that is deep fryer safe and fits in there, then add the mushrooms and set them aside. Now put the steak in the deep fryer on top of the potatoes (this prevents the potatoes from drying out too much) and bake everything for another 8 minutes. Take both out of the air fryer and set them aside to rest. The steak is now medium. If you want to cook it all through, leave it in the deep fryer for a while. While the steak is resting, cook the mushroom sauce in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Serve everything with mustard mayonnaise, if you like.
