  • 1 cup of black chocolate, finely chopped

Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, then take the donuts out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.

For the cream: Put all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix with the hand blender for 5-7 minutes on medium speed until an airy and creamy consistency is obtained. Depending on your needs, add more powdered sugar to thicken or whipped cream to thin the chocolate cream.

  • 40 g powdered sugar

For the fruity filling: Put the berries, the halved strawberries and the powdered sugar in a bowl and mix all the ingredients together. Set the bowl aside for 10 minutes.
