  • 215 ml of water
  • 240 g sourdough starter
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 teaspoons of sea salt

First, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Then knead the dough with the mixer and dough hook on medium setting for 15 minutes. Grease a bowl, place the dough in it, then turn it over a few times so that it is oiled on all sides. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest at room temperature for 8 to 12 hours. During this time it should double its size.
