  • 400 grams of feta cheese
  • 700 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 350 grams of pasta of your choice
  • 40 ml of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top and bottom heat or 200 degrees circulating air and pour the olive oil on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Place the feta cheese in the middle and distribute the cherry tomatoes in the pan.
  • Add the garlic cloves and spices and mix everything well with your hands. Drizzle again with a little olive oil.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the tomatoes and feta are browned.
  • In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water and drain.
  • Take the baking dish out of the oven and mash the feta and cherry tomatoes with a fork and mix well until you get a creamy and tasty sauce.
  • Then add the pasta and basil and mix again.

  • 450 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 250 grams of feta cheese
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 60 ml of olive oil
  • Fresh basil, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cut the spaghetti squash lengthways in half with a sharp knife.
  • Remove the seeds with a tablespoon and rub the inside of each pumpkin half with a little olive oil.
  • Now place the cut side down on a baking pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes.
  • Take the pumpkin out of the oven and fluff the inside with a fork to make thin “noodles”.
  • Spread the feta cheese and cherry tomatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with the spices and olive oil.
  • Mix well and bake for 30 minutes. Then mash with a fork and mix together.
  • Add the spaghetti squash and basil, whisk well and enjoy warm!

  • 400 grams of cooked pasta
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Fresh basil, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Put the tofu, cashew nuts, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt in a blender and puree until you get a smooth sauce.
