3 apples – peeled, pitted and diced

Put the apples, coconut oil, maple syrup, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a saucepan. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add a teaspoon of water to the pan. Stir everything well and put the apple mixture in a blender. Add the coconut milk, avocado and the remaining 2 teaspoons of cinnamon to the apple mixture. Stir until smooth.

Dissolve gelatine in a small bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of water at room temperature to the gelatin and beat with a whisk or fork until a paste is formed. Put the gelatine paste in the blender and mix until smooth. Spread in glasses and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
