- 750 g potatoes
- half Actifryl spoon of pumpkin seed oil
- Salt, rosemary and other herbs to taste
Cut the potatoes into approximately 5 mm thick slices and season them with the herbs of your choice. The crispy, low-fat chips in the Actifry are ready after about 50 minutes.

- 3 tbsp ajvar
- 1 cup of water or vegetable broth

- 250 g ricotta
- 1 egg, separated
- 2 tbsp flour

- 120 grams of flour

- 130 g soft butter
