The ideal of beauty for women and men – the “Fresh Meat” interpretation by the photographer duo SHSadler
Together with the photographer duo SHSadler, the four models Badw0lfy, Miki Hamano, Adelina Novak and Eromomen have come up with an impressive and at first glance disturbing photo collection in the fight against the ideal of beauty today. You can see the strikingly made-up faces of the four models, which are apparently in meat packaging. This not only squeezes the faces, but also smears the make-up. What at first seems like a campaign by vegetarians or vegans is something completely different: The aim of these provocative photographs is to draw attention to, and hopefully, the social pressure regarding the ideal of beauty of women and men to which our society is exposed today Protect future generations from all the man-made improvements that we consider normal today.
Woman’s ideal of beauty & Man today – beauty is nothing more than the right “packaging”
The ideal of beauty for women and men is far too superficial these days. Natural beauty is shown far too seldom, make-up and even every cosmetic surgery are of far too high priority and this ideal of beauty is also reinforced by the media. The collection is called “Fresh Meat” (in German: fresh meat) and is bizarre and great at the same time. In any case, it attracts everyone’s attention and attention and thus achieves exactly what it should. It shows that beauty today is nothing more than the right “packaging” and brand.
Models and photographers show their interpretation of today’s ideals of beauty
Los Angeles is one of those centers where the ideal of beauty is determined for men and women – the ideal of beauty of women and men against which the photographers Julia SH and Nic Sadler fight. And do this in this very city. And even if its influence is rather less than that of some other campaigns and photos of models with today’s ideal of beauty, it cannot be denied that this idea draws attention and makes us look more than just once or twice. The team receives support from media such as “Schön!” And “It’s nice that”, whose focus is not on thin and emaciated models, artificially tanned bodies or complexly made-up faces, but on the ideal of beauty of women and men today in a completely different way define.
