Stylish furnishings in the modern Geometrix apartment in Moscow
Home means comfort and family. That’s what the interior designers are from Geometrix Design Studio wanted to emphasize when furnishing this modern apartment in Moscow. Warm colors, wood and stone make the atmosphere cozy and relaxed. The white bar counter in the kitchen contrasts strongly with the black dining table and armchair in the dining area. Modern lights everywhere are just perfect for a harmonious dinner for a large family and their guests. The snow-white kitchen is emphasized by laying the back wall with black marble tiles.
Open living areas in the modern apartment
The wall unit in the living room was cut to size and matched with the other color combinations. This geometric design hides a movable partition between the living room and the other private areas. Two bright accents immediately catch the eye – the comfortable yellow swivel armchairs. From there you can enjoy the wonderful panorama or watch a film.
Strong contrasts in a modern apartment
The furnishing style in the bedroom is rather minimalist: soft colors have a calming and relaxing effect on the senses. The wall behind the bed is covered with soft brown leather panels, which harmoniously combine with the other elements in ecru.
Contrasts separate the living area
The children’s room is one of the most beautiful areas in the modern apartment. The extraordinary wall unit immediately attracts attention. According to the interior designers, it serves as a storage system, closet and play area at the same time. It has drawers and open round sections that are perfect for storing toys.
Yellow lounge chair as an accent
The highlight is in the middle – a staircase leads to the “roof” of the wall unit, which is of course covered with soft pillows. In this hiding place you can sit and read a book, or use it as a tower for defense against intruders. The children can climb onto the roof either with the help of the stairs or with a rope in the left corner. One of the walls in the nursery is decorated with soft puzzle-shaped panels. Here the designers again chose a fresh color that serves as an accent – a positive orange combined with three shades of gray.
