Located in the middle of New York, this modern City apartment benefits from the great view and the chic decor. The architects have transformed an old building into an oasis of modern interior design. The house construction urgently needed renovation. To ensure that the structure holds, a frame made of stainless steel was installed. An additional floor was constructed to maximize the living space. The house was divided into two loft apartments of equal size. The designers created an open plan, where a living room, kitchen and dining area were combined in one living area. In addition to this, each offers City apartment a home theater, cabinet, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The family, who have owned the building for several generations, commissioned the architects with the task of designing a modern and cozy interior.
