These modern apartment is located near DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass), in Brooklyn, New York. Industrial, spacious, but with a chic sheen. Water Street is furnished and adorned with cozy furniture and contemporary works of art. The craftsmanship and eclectic flair in the spirit of Brooklyn can also be felt. The space is not an object here thanks to the fabulous views of the East River and Manhattan. It will be short term to rent offered.

Your hosts are a family of inventive New York City natives, true industry pioneers. They are long-time residents and fans of DUMBO in particular. Over the years they have worked to create a cozy and distinctive home.

The elevator doors open immediately on the penthouse level. The high panoramic windows create a feeling of freedom and make the room appear larger. On the lower floor there is the kitchen, living and dining area, which are characterized by a smoky gray color. You can relax on the sun-warmed Dunbar sofa or have a festive meal like a baron under the smoked glass chandelier. And enjoy the city lights to the full.

On the second floor we find a cozy room in charcoal gray. It looks a bit exotic, full of books and decorative items. Perhaps they were bought on one of the family’s trips. And at the end – the gray and white bedroom with a terrace, where you can watch the city.
