Put the fruit in the mineral water and let it steep. You can also combine with two oranges and then prepare two liters or just make one orange water. You can also prepare lime water in this way. Simply flavor the water with lime. The lemon water is also a perfect morning drink that you should prepare spontaneously or, ideally, regularly. This not only strengthens the immune system thanks to vitamin C, but also prevents toxins from being deposited.

Lemon and chia seeds

For a detox water for flat stomach you can use fresh lemons and the well-known chia seeds that are high in fiber. You can then add maple syrup or honey to taste the detox water. The tea is not only suitable for detoxification. Aloe vera for a cup
