At first glance, the piece of furniture catches the eye with its bright color. On a closer look, however, you come across a cleverly designed additional function – that Design armchair also works beautifully as a sofa bed! Designed by Moscow designer Elena Sidorova, the multifunctional “Flop” armchair impresses with its simple but effective product concept – as the following pictures show!

Design armchair with a dual purpose

“Flop” can be folded out thanks to elastic straps and can be transformed into a comfortable couch for one person as required or as required. The substructure consists of plywood and upholstery fabric, made from 100% sheep’s wool. If “Flop” is to be used as an armchair, the mattress and sleeping pillows can be stowed away out of sight. A very nice place to sleep for unexpected guests, isn’t it? And the color is just gorgeous – yellow stands for optimism and creates a wonderful eye-catcher in the room.

Regardless of whether it is placed as a comfortable reading chair in the home library or as a color accent in the living room, the Design armchair looks fresh, modern and youthful.
