A White House on Lake Starnberg, near Munich, is being built and designed in a modern and energy-efficient manner according to all technical specifications. The result was a villa on the lake with a cozy atmosphere and spacious rooms, open to the wonderful terrace with mountain and lake views. The house is oriented to the east and offers comfort and maximum sun exposure during the day.
White house on the lake directed towards the sun – architect house near Munich
The facade is of course highly insulated and clad with light, uneven natural stone and gives a modern Californian atmosphere. The central element in modern architecture is the spacious open terrace with an unobstructed view of the natural surroundings. The large room in the house is the kitchen-living room with direct access to the terrace and prairie garden. The bedrooms and work rooms are located on the upper floor.
