Modern hillside house in the mountains of Mexico by Agraz Arquitectos
This breathtaking Hillside house in the mountains is located in Santa Anita Golf Club, Tlajomulco, Jalisco, Mexico and was founded by Agraz Arquitectos built. The house is decorated in warm and light colors, in contrast to its white exterior walls. The mountain was the challenge in this project: a piece of land with a strongly accentuated slope.
Hillside house in the mountains uses the hillside location
The parking lot and the pedestrian zone represent the beginning of the development of the project and the rest of the house is completely inspired by the mountain and the surrounding landscape according to the customer’s wishes. The house makes itself comfortable in the slope and extends in four levels: the first for the cars, the next for the social living areas (kitchen, living and dining room), the third for the bedroom and the last for the children’s bedrooms, which have the most fantastic view due to their location on the top of the site.

The four-story architecture requires a connecting element, which is why a never-ending staircase leads to each of the floors. There is also an elevator at the same time. That Hillside house in the mountains houses in its midst one of the most valuable places for the family – the wine cellar. Set perfectly in the mountain, it meets all the requirements for wine quality: controlled temperature, humidity and lighting.
