House with wooden facade and stone wall – modern construction concept from Mexico
That House with a wooden facade R35 covers an area of 665 square meters. The two-story building consists of a volume that opens to the surrounding area through an abundantly glazed facade. In any case, since the neighboring houses are inextricably close, the builders wanted privacy screens – and that’s why the architects installed wooden blinds. They shield the house from the outside view and at the same time offer perfect sun protection.
An eclectic interior is hidden behind the modern facade with clear lines. The simple but very stylish furnishings – gray corner sofa and wooden wall unit in the living room, fitted kitchen with wooden fronts and cooking island with worktop made of black marble, wide double bed in the bedroom – is freshened up with exotic decorative pieces and home accessories. Colorful paintings decorate the walls in the hallway, carpet in turquoise color brings splashes of color in the living room, tender wallpapers with floral patterns create a romantic atmosphere in the bedroom.
All rooms face the large back yard with pool and lawn. There the family can relax after a long working week and spend sociable evenings with friends. And should the temperatures rise in summer, the homeowners can cool off and freshen up in the pool.
