Contemporary room design is characterized by an unobstructed view and plenty of daylight. It is therefore not surprising that modern architecture always relies on generous window areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors bring the valuable daylight into the interior as much as possible and ensure a bright, open living ambience. In this context, we would like to introduce you to a wonderful luxury property with a fantastic view. The villa, built in 2017, impresses with its spacious, light-flooded rooms and particularly elegant furnishings in neutral colors.

The arid desert landscape at the foot of the McCullough Mountains forms the perfect backdrop for this contemporary architect house, which extends over 7200 m². It’s located in Henderson, Nevada, just a few miles from the harsh lights of Las Vegas. The villa was realized by SB Architects and is the first of a total of six luxury properties to be built in the next year. The concept for the Ascaya project revolves around a comfortable and open living environment that is in harmony with the natural landscape. The luxury house is also exemplary in terms of energy efficiency.

The interior of the villa enchants with style and functionality. The house comprises four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a spacious open living area with kitchen and dining area, a large home office, several lounge areas and a large terrace with swimming pool. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors can be opened completely so that the terrace and pool become an extension of the living space. The villa is suitable both as a private retreat for two and as a location for a large party around the breathtaking pool.

The sun can penetrate the individual rooms better through the glass balcony railings. This means that the view is not blocked for the residents. The clear lines that determine the architecture of the house are complemented by natural materials and earthy colors. Neutral colors such as gray, brown, cream and white characterize the interior design and create a classy atmosphere.

Incidentally, the 7,200-square-meter property is being offered for sale for $ 7,925 million.
