The owners had lived in Tiburon, California for many years and dreamed of their low, single story House with a view into a spectacular location above San Francisco Bay. Her dreams began to come true in 2005 with the complete renovation of her existing 3,200 square meter home. The studio Swatt Miers Architects from California have one modern house designed with amazing interiors.

That modern house enjoys an uninterrupted view of San Francisco Bay to the south, east and west. In response to the conditions of the terrain, this is new House with a view almost completely opaque on the north side. For the exterior design, sandstone slabs are used, which contrast with the glass windows. This modern house with a view is built with glass and light and bathes in the sun.

The light floods through the entire living area, which includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. The two large south terraces offer a breathtaking view of San Francisco Bay. Frameless glazing, glass doors, and dramatic roof extensions seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, blurring the lines between the two.
