It was designed by architects Guto Requena and includes a spacious open plan living area that extends over two floors. On the first floor you can find a fully equipped small kitchen, the walls and floor of which are completely tiled. The tiles optically separate the cooking area from the living room. An interesting large yellow dining table attracts attention, while in the living room interesting wall decorations give the room a modern look. On the second floor is the well-protected private area with bedroom and bathroom, which are separated by black wooden sliding doors. That urban design impresses with strong colors and unconventional forms of furniture.
