Las Vegas is definitely like a Mecca for all gamblers, an attraction for millions of tourists from all over the world who visit the metropolis every year to admire the monumental architecture. For the most part, the architecture is an eclectic mix of styles. The city, which is pulsing day and night, has many faces. Aside from the glamorous and spectacular facades of hotels and casinos, nature has not been very generous here. But the generally lifeless and barren desert landscape does not appear to be unsuitable for life. Recently a modern family house that inspired the desert in all its versatility.
Modern single family Tresarca Home in Las Vegas
TresARCA is a modern family house, designed by the local team of architects from assemblage Studio. The house consists of several flat-roofed buildings, which are in a playful composition and imitate the mountains of the Red Rocks. The house is designed to appear like an organic extension of the surrounding landscape. The communication between the buildings creates various terraces and separate rooms with a modern design. The colors of the desert are reflected in the interior.
A modern single-family house with an extraordinary concept
Sun and shadow, massive and filigree forms are lined up in the extraordinary architectural spectacle. The flat roof structure is complemented by a structure that consists of a blackened steel grid and membrane-like shell and allows sufficient sunlight to pass through. The partially floating structure provides effective sun protection for the terraces. Comfortable bedrooms are available in the basement and upstairs. Since the basement is embedded in the ground, it can be passively cooled and function as a separate apartment. The materials used in the facility are reminiscent of the desert.
