The warehouse was rebuilt for a family who are real architecture fans. Particularly interesting is the interior, which is an original mix of minimalism, rustic style and industrial design.
The modern apartment in Düsseldorf as a model for successful renovation
the modern apartment in Düsseldorf, which used to be an old warehouse, could be seen as a model for successful renovation. The apartment with its relatively large area corresponds exactly to the needs and expectations of the residents. The bricks stand out as the main components in the interior. Almost all of the brick walls before the renovation were retained afterwards. The outdated brick material gives the apartment a rustic touch, which is in pleasant contrast to the modern furnishings.

Modern apartment with minimalist interior in a rustic style
the modern apartment in Dusseldorf was furnished with an interesting mix of styles. The heart of the apartment is definitely the large room where the living room and dining room are connected. The high concrete ceiling gives the room an industrial look that contrasts with the furniture made of natural wood. Modern style, rustic atmosphere and industrial look have been mixed by the designers in a perfect balance to create a modern but comfortable family apartment.
