Modern weekend house with a spacious terrace
A modern weekend house, where the indoor and outdoor areas are seamlessly connected – that was the client’s specification. And no wonder – the house is located in a sunny suburb of Tel Aviv, Israel. People in this part of the world love summer and are fortunate enough to enjoy warm weather for most of the year. Inspired by the nearby beautiful nature – the wild beaches of Israel, the architects of Ando Studio designed a stylish home.
Modern weekend house with a beach feeling
A modern weekend house on the one hand should be comfortably and comfortably furnished, on the other hand it should have a large garden. Of course, one would like to relax under the shade of a tree during the break or simply enjoy the warm rays of the sun on the sun loungers. The several terraces that surround the house offer this possibility. Comfortable and modern seating areas are designed in the garden. On the roof terrace, the residents can marvel at the wonderful view and a spacious dining table invites you to spend sociable evenings with friends outdoors.
The outside area is seamlessly connected to the inside area by sliding glass doors – exactly as requested. The furniture inside and outside was chosen with great care – it also creates a transition and so the boundary between the living area and the terrace completely merges.
Modern weekend house with interior in neutral colors
The weekend house is stylishly furnished – the architects opted for functional furniture in neutral colors. White and gray dominate the living room, while the kitchen is characterized by contrasts – white fronts and black dining room furniture give the room character.
Decorating was done sparingly – several modern paintings decorate the walls in the living room and bedroom and give the interior a kick. Statues from the client’s old house give the room an exotic touch and the Kilim adds the finishing touches.
