The modern house AE is located in Mexico City, Mexico. Designed by the architectural firm Twentyfourseven, the project of a building with a usable area of 817 square meters was successfully completed in 2010. The architects used the city’s regulations and created a modern one House architecture with different volumes. The structure of the property distinguishes it from all other houses in the area. Instead of a single component, the architects have divided the house into two – one part faces south, while the other offers a beautiful view of the surroundings.

The two components form a cross structure. The clever House architecture offers an innovative solution – different extensions and construction volumes protect the owner’s private area and at the same time make the living room look open. The AE house consists of three floors, including the basement. The interior areas are simply organized. After the entrance you come to a spacious living area, which opens seamlessly to the garden in front and the patio in the back yard. A corridor leads to the rest of the rooms and a staircase that connects all floors. The modern House architecture offers a comfortable ambience for the residents. It was specially designed so that you can enjoy nature around you.

The modern House architecture from Twentyfourseven seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor areas. The interiors appear warmer thanks to the dark wooden flooring and are reminiscent of the vegetation in the garden. Large windows let light into the house and offer views of the surroundings. White walls and ceilings add the minimalist color scheme.
