The place is among Norway’s natural attractions and provides a breathtaking setting for the project. The building is located near a motorway for the benefit of drivers and passengers. It looks like a recreation area with a restaurant and space for relaxation. The architects of this modern visitor centers believe that a structure should react with the context in which it is built, so they follow this term to create their project. The result of their efforts is a building that has an interesting contemporary design and communicates with the environment.

This modern visitor center invites us into an attractive modern facade, covered with wood and glass. The architectural plan is simple but flexible with a total area of 700m². The structure is covered with an interesting roof that is tilted several times in different directions, reflecting the mountain’s own wild silhouette. The mountain itself along with the rest of the natural landscape is reflected in the glazed parts of the facade. The bravest part of the building is its west facade, which rises higher than the rest of the construction. It is separated into two peaks, each covered with a sloping wooden roof, merging with the rest of the roof structure. The general look and feel of Trollwall Restaurant and Service is one of a lively new building built amid even livelier surroundings. This amazing visitor center corresponds to the context of the place and above all offers comfort for its visitors.
