The house spreads to 163.93 square meters and was completed in 2012. It only skins one floor and is in a quiet residential area. The design appears symmetrical due to the cube shape in the middle of the building.

The room is 6 meters high and the north wall was designed as a huge library. the minimalist architecture can not only be seen in the exterior design of the house, but has also shaped the entire interior. The lighting was installed in strategic places to achieve a romantic and relaxing effect. A long rectangular window can be seen on the roof, which naturally illuminates the room during the day. Despite the minimalist design, the living room looks very cozy and comfortable.
