Eco house in the forest
This neat wooden home is located in San Harbor, NY. It is an old building that was renewed by the architects Jendretzki. The name of the district in which this house is located is “Berg-Elend”. It gives the false impression of an unpleasant area, the setting being very beautiful and calm, set up in a deciduous forest that changes the view every season. The idea of renovating this old house is borne out by the concept for a Eco house, that is modern and rural, inspired close to nature and has a fair price for its assets, added.
An eco house in the forest
That Eco house has two levels. The floor plan looks unusual. There is a media room, exercise room, laundry room and mechanical room on one side of the first floor and a bedroom on the other with a wide pool house separating them. The second floor can be reached through an indoor staircase as well as an outdoor staircase. The living room and dining room sit there on the other three bedrooms. That Eco house has a nice big portal and several platforms.
the eco-house forest – interior design
The main material that makes up the whole Eco house made is wood. Wood is visible everywhere in the house and creates a cozy atmosphere. It mixes nicely with the forest around it. Wood also predominates in the interior. The color scheme inside consists of white, brown and beige, which creates a pleasant ambience
This Eco house is also designed as an environmentally friendly building. It has solar panels on the roof to collect the sunlight and convert it into energy for the house. There is a storm sewer, too. Last but not least, most of the wood that was used to construct it is reclaimed wood and wood composites. Cork is also used as an eco material.
With its simple modern look and environmental friendliness, this house remains inexpensive even at its location.
