One with nature – the modern loft design

Based in Sao Paolo Studio Fernanda Marques Arquitetos Associados creates this amazing design of Loft 24/7, which was presented at the 2009 CasaCor exhibition in São Paulo, Brazil. That modern loft design spreads over a 250 m² / 2700 sqf area in the form of a large bungalow open to the natural surroundings. The idea behind the project is to make the internal living spaces one with nature by creating open spaces, natural materials and natural light.

That modern loft design has a single floor consisting of two main areas. One of them includes the spacious living room and kitchen and the other includes the large bedroom. Both structures create an inner open space that looks like a whole living room. The middle area offers space for a guest garden and extends in both directions to provide access to two more open rooms – a relaxation area and a home cinema.

The entire structure from modern loft design is framed by green nature and a number of small ponds – an environment that makes you feel like you are not only at home, but also embraced by nature. This strong feeling is enhanced by the use of predominantly natural materials in the exterior and interior of the bungalow. Wood and stone dominate the overall picture modern loft design. Their soft, natural appearance creates a warm and cozy atmosphere that merges with the serenity of the landscape. The smooth transition between inside and outside is supported by the use of glass elements on the facade, for more openness and more lighting.

The interior design from modern loft design is also part of the one-with-nature concept. It combines white walls and ceilings with stone floors and large wall accents. The living room stands out with a long rough stone wall, illuminated by roof glazing and stylish modern furniture with organic decoration.
