The Kompass Pointe House – a modern country house in the mountains

This Country house is a modern five bedroom home designed by architect Sean Anderson and designer Kelly Deck. The building is located in British Columbia and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. It’s a fantastic new home that combines luxury and class under one roof.

The Compass Pointe House

This Country house consists of three levels. In the basement there are bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious living room, a gym, a mechanical room and a wine cellar. The second floor, is where the huge living area is located. The living area includes the kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a fireplace in the living room, which can also be used outside. The garage, also on this floor level, offers direct access to the building. Next to him is the main entrance of the house with a staircase that leads to the upper floor.

The upper level was designed like a hotel. It has only three bedrooms, an enormous bathroom and a large closet. One of the bedrooms can be reached on a covered platform. All this luxury and space behind an elegant contemporary stone, wood and glass facade. The construction of the building was made of concrete, while the wooden roof sets an accent. The living areas in Country house are designed in different colors, mostly white, gray and brown. They look bright and are very well lit thanks to the large windows. The furniture is modern, minimalist, and functional. Some details such as flowers, colorful pillows and carpets are used for decoration and make the rooms look friendlier.
