H&M has been one of my favorite brands for a while now. The only one is that it can be a little difficult to find things in some of the brand’s stores and most of its products don’t come in my size. Every once in a while, though, I find a product that fits me perfectly. This time that product is the H&M $15 “Easy-iron” Shirt.
I first got one of these shirts last year while vacationing in Long Beach, CA for my second anniversary. My husband and I were browsing the store’s selection and I found this shirt in navy with white polka dots. I tried the shirt on and it fit perfectly. Though, when I bought it I was pretty sure this was the only shirt in the store that would fit and that probably wouldn’t find another one like it. That’s the way things usually are when you’re short.
A couple of months ago, after having worn the navy one all summer, I found another one of these shirts in white. I knew when I got it that it was the same shirt but just in a different color but I tried it on anyway. It, of course, fit perfectly as well.
The white shirt, however, sat in my closet for a while before I wore it. When I bought it, I was shopping for fall and winter clothes. I was planning to wear it underneath a v-neck sweater with a pair of dark wash jeans and my Guess peacoat I got on a Labor Day sale. So, I didn’t think it would go well with anything I would wear while it was still hot. Well, it did.
I recently got some new chinos in navy and black and I wore it with the navy ones. It looked pretty sharp and I will most likely be wearing it casually with jeans as well. Since it looked as good as it did, I decided to look on Hm.com to see if I could find it and there it was. The “Easy-iron” Shirt for $15.
This shirt is available in XS – XXL and comes in 17 different colors. That includes the navy with white polka dots I found last year. It’s also a slim-fit dress shirt, which is pretty good as most slim fit dress shirts are usually more expensive.
As I said, when I bought the white shirt I was shopping for fall and winter clothes but this shirt works well all year. Especially since it comes in 17 colors from classic white to navy, light blue, pink, and more.
After finding it on Hm.com I bought another one in light blue and I will be buying more. They are affordable, fit well, and since they work well for every season I will be wearing them all year.
