Khloe Kardashian Hates the Term ‘Plus-Size’

Khloe Kardashian was recently interview by Fashionista after she and Emma Grede debuted their new denim line “Good American” in Los Angeles. When Fashionista pointed out that both Kardashian and Grede used the word “curvy” instead of saying “plus-size”, Kardashian said she hated that word. She continued to explain that she wants standard jean sizes to be 0-24. Grede went on to explain how difficult it is to find premium denim in traditional department stores above size 10 despite the fact that “the average size of a woman in this country is a size 16.”

Raf Simons to Show During NYFW

Raf Simons is planning to bring his Fall/Winter 16/17 Men’s collection to New York Fashion Week. Simons recently debuted his first collection for Calvin Klein in September. Steve Kolb, President and CEO of the CFDA, said in a statement about the news that the CFDA is glad to have Simons in New York during Fashion Week. Kolb continued to say, “raf is one of the most influential designers on the international fashion stage. His creativity and energy are a welcome addition as we continue to grow this important platform for American menswear.”

InStyle UK to Close Print Edition

InStyle UK has announced that the publication will no longer be available in print. The company plans to close its print edition and relaunch as an online on,y brand. The December issue will be the company’s last in print. Charlotte Moore will remain the companies Editor in Chief and is working with the U.S. team to use the brand’s access to the InStyle International brand to grow the U.K. brand.
