Designer Favorites: Chanel

A couple of weeks ago I started a series called Designer Favorites and the first post was about Versace. This time we’re going to be talking about Chanel. I picked Chanel this time because I absolutely love Chanel leather. Caviar leather is my favorite on small leather goods and lambskin on larger accessories and the quilted leather pattern is beautiful on anything. So let’s take a look at my favorite products from Chanel.

Flap Card Holder

I’m sure you guys knew that I’d write about this one because I’ve already talked about it. This Chanel card holder is in black quilted caviar leather and it is absolutely beautiful but I don’t think you can get this from Chanel stores anymore.

Chanel Alligator Flap Bag

I love the shine of this leather and I love how luxurious this looks. It kind of disappoints me, though, because I wanted to get this handbag from Guess which is actually affordable but now it just seems to be copying this Chanel handbag. Regardless, this is a beautiful handbag that I would love to carry. You have to call Chanel to get a price for this bag.

Quilted Leather Belt

I would love to wear this belt with a simple outfit. Something like a casual black shirt tucked into some white pants with some black slip-on shoes, a watch, and a thin gold bracelet. I’d only wear this with a simple outfit because that buckle is just too loud for anything else. The quilted leather is great for anything though. You can get this belt here for $925.

Those are my favorite items from Chanel at the moment. I know my list of favorites from Versace was much longer but I like that brand more so it was easier to find things I liked from them. Also, Chanel doesn’t make anything for men except fragrances. They don’t make clothes or anything else so that made it even more difficult to find things I like from them without only talking about handbags.
