Earlier this week, it was informed by a sales associate at a Coach boutique that the Coach Apple Watch bands would launch June 12th but that the bands would only be available in select boutiques and in limited quantities. Now, After speaking with a representative and a couple of sales associates, I have all the locations of where you can get a Coach Apple Watch band and some updated information about the release.
After calling a Coach boutique on Madison Ave in New York to ask about when the bands would be released, a sales associate told me that the bands wouldn’t launch until June 12th. She also said that the bands would not launch online and would only be available in select boutiques and in limited quantities.
A couple of days ago, I spoke with a Coach representative as well as a couple of sales associates and I was given a list of all the boutiques where you can get a Coach Apple Watch band.
These are the boutiques where you can get a Coach Apple Watch band:

I called all the stores and confirmed with sales associates that Coach Apple Watch Bands would be available at that location except the boutiques on Rodeo Drive and the boutique at Columbus Shops Circle. Sales associates at those boutiques didn’t know whether or not the bands would be available at those locations.
Also, when calling the boutiques, some sales associates were giving me different release dates.
First, I was told by a sales associate when I first saw the bands that they could launch as early as June. About a week later I was told by another sales associate at a different boutique that the bands may not be released until fall. Then, 9to5Mac was told by a representative that the bands would be released on June 6th.
After that, a sales associate told me that the bands would launch on June 12th and that they would not be available online but only in select stores and in limited quantities.
Now, a different sales associate at the same store that gave me the June 12th date says the bands won’t launch until July but they will be available online while another sales associate at the boutique at the Columbus Shops Circle says the bands won’t launch until the fall.
It seems as if Coach isn’t giving employees much information because different sales associates keep giving me different dates.
The bands may be announced at Apple’s WWDC on June 13th, a day after the Coach boutique on Madison is supposed to receive the bands, they may launch in July, or in the fall. We won’t know until Coach or Apple makes an announcement.
What is confirmed is that there will be 3 models, including the Leather Strap with Charms, the Wild Beast Camo model, and the Tea Rose Appliqué band, that come in 3 colors each and that they will all retail for $150.
As for when you can get one, we’ll just have to wait and see.
I received an email from a sales associate at my local Coach boutique that said they could order the Coach bands for me. I called the stores on this list to confirm but only a few can order the bands including the boutiques on Post Street, at Standford Shopping Center, at North Park Center, and at King of Prussia Mall.
You can order the bands in store or on the phone at any of these locations and they will be shipped to you or to the store in about a week or so. No other boutiques on the list can order the bands.
