Affordable Christmas Gift Ideas for Women

Hello everyone! Today’s post is going to be a special one because it was written by Liz Morrison of the blog Witty ‘N’ Pretty. We’ve collaborated to bring you all Christmas gift ideas before the holidays and crowded stores actually begin. I’m posting Liz’s article about buying gifts for women here which means that if you need gift ideas for men, go to Witty ‘N’ Pretty to see the article I wrote about that.

Now, without further ado, here are some affordable Christmas gifts from Liz Morrison.

When I was a kid, my dad put a spending cap on each of us kids’ Christmas lists. Our Christmases were never expensive but they were always memorable and enjoyable! Every year so many men struggle to figure out what on Earth to get their wives, girlfriends, sisters, or moms. The hardest part about finding the right gift, is knowing what the person might like, much less on a budget! I love being able to give a great gift that didn’t cost me more than my monthly rent. As a fashion blogger and writer of Witty ‘N’ Pretty, I know how expensive the gifts we suggest buying can be (who can honestly afford $500 Valentino shoes for their girlfriend?) Not many men. It’s simply not realistic! Without further delay, here are 11 gifts under $50 that will suit any woman!

  1. Kate Spade Striped Thermal Mug – Because who doesn’t love a mug for the winter time?

  2. Kate Spade Mikas Pond Bee Wristlet – You can’t go wrong with anything from Kate Spade! I often check the Kate Spade outlet to find good prices and great bags and wallets!

  3. H&M Faux Fur Waistcoat – I absolutely love these fur vests! They’re warm and very elegant looking when worn with a great pair of dark wash jeans.

  4. Monsoon Gold Bow Ballerina Shoes – Every woman loves a pair of ballet flats. They’re comfortable for the morning walk to work and also go with everything!

  5. Cashmere Cable Knit Gloves – Indulge your lady in a pair of these cozy gloves. Warm and luxurious for the chilly season!

  6. Lush Bubble Bar – Lush products are natural and safe to use on your skin. And they smell divine!

  7. Threshold Brown Fur Throw – Is there anything better than wrapping up in a big, fuzzy throw blanket while sipping cider? I think not.

  8. Muk Luk ‘Winnie’ Slipper – In my house, the floors are all hardwood. Nothing is more painful in the morning than waking up to a freezing floor and no slippers!

  9. Diptyque Vanilla Candle – The famous Diptyque candle at a decent price. I love relaxing in my room with a candle lit and reading a good book (or Vogue).

  10. Kendra Scott Oval Stone Earrings – It’s hard to find these earrings for under $60 but when you do, it’s worth it! They go with everything and look so elegant.

  11. O.P.I Nail Polish – A simple gift but one that everyone likes!

Some of my favorite gifts have been a bunch of little things wrapped together as one big present! I love putting together gift baskets to give to friends and relatives. It’s a little more festive than just handing over a gift bag with some tissue paper in it.

Liz’s blog is quite fun to read and what I like the most is that she takes the time out to write. She’s not one of those fashion bloggers who just post a couple of pictures with a “paragraph” of writing, she’s a fashion blogger that actually blogs. Though, the pictures she does take are pretty good and you can see them on her Instagram.
